EPS 620 is designed to address a foundation of theoretical and applied topics related to career development and vocational counseling. The course is organized by topical areas that promote the understanding of vocational counseling concepts and principles, and emphasizes practical intervention strategies for diverse groups across the lifespan. Special emphasis is given to methods of evaluating, promoting and enhancing personal control of career development.
